Warranty Policy

Please review our Warranty Policy, Return & Exchange, and Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order with the respective company. Place your order only if you agree and accept all our policy T&Cs set forth:

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We offer a parts-only warranty.

  • Standard Warranty: The respective company provides a Standard 30 Days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.
  • Extended Warranty: An extended warranty (30+60 days) can be availed of as an additional purchase where applicable or available once confirmed by respective company.
  • No Labor Costs: NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by the respective company.
  • Defective Parts: If the part is defective, we will first attempt to replace it, and if a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a refund for the total sale amount.
  • Reorder Policy: In the event a reorder is made before the return of the first part, we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order upon receipt of the returned part.

Warranty on Engine Components

Used engines are sold as “Long Blocks” (engine block and cylinder head). Optional parts and accessories may be included but are not covered under warranty. It is crucial to use correct parts for your vehicle, even if it means transferring parts from your own engine. Below is a list of components covered under warranty:

Engine Block, Cylinder Heads, All Internal Lubricated Parts (Crankshaft, Camshaft, Pistons, Valves, & Lifters), Engine Timing Components Timing belts (should be replaced before installation)

Exclusions

Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Valve covers, Starters, air compressors, alternators, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty regarding the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately, they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced include the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs, and wires, and possibly the timing chain. The respective company will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts.
