Despite the lack of a turbocharger, engineers were able to squeeze out 341 horsepower at 6800 rpm and 386 Nm of torque at 5300 crankshaft revolutions per minute. With such a herd under the hood, the sedan breaks from standstill to hundreds in 6.7 seconds, and the maximum speed, in turn, will be 280 kilometers per hour. With such a volume, one should not rely on profitability. The fuel consumption of the Cadillac CTS will be 12.7 liters of gasoline per hundred in the city, 7.4 liters on the highway and 9.4 liters in the combined driving cycle.
